Villa Maria Private Bin East Coast Chardonnay, New Zealand

Very fine apple fruit, with a fine leesy background. The palate has generous, easy-going acidity and enough orchard fruit, with little hints of the tropical about it. A touch of vanilla lingers on the palate with a medium/long finish.

Chicken, turkey and pork. Goes very well with white meat dishes. All types of cheese, mature and soft. Good with pasta in particular with Carbonara.
