Torresella Prosecco Extra Dry Veneto, Italy

This excellent example of Venetian sparkling wine is fresh and delicately aromatic, with hints of white florals, toast and candied lemon. On the palate it has summer fruits along with a hint of apricots and dates and with the fine balance of acidity, gives a very sweetish/dry medium/long finish.

Because of the fruit finish, it goes very well with all types of cuisine, specially with seafood BBQ, Asian foods with spices and herbs.
