Medium-bodied with predominant flavours of cherry and blackcurrant and touch of liquorice. Typical old-world style Pinot noir with a hint of strawberries and summer fruits on the palate. Very light Tannin with a medium long fruity finish.
Excellent with Pork or chicken. Goes well with Salmon. Light soft cheese and Asian dishes.
