Typical up-front Chardonnay of Vanilla tones with buttery creamy texture. Due to the oak aging the palate leans towards rich yet finely balance acidity. A wonderful medium to long finish of dried fruits and figs.

Goes well with Risotto with mushrooms, all cream-based seafood and meat dishes. Good with mature hard cheese. All pastas.
