Delicate nose suggestive of Mirabelle plum, yellow plum and a floral touch. Ethereal, lively palate with focused, crisp aromas that stay fruity. Very faint effervescence. Medium finish of sweet summer fruits and fine balance of acidity.

This is a very easy-going Prosecco because of its fruity finish. Goes will with most foods and is wonderful as an aperitif. Good with all cheese, cold cuts, pastas, Pizza and with Spicy Asian dishes. Excellent with sushi.
