A wonderful easy drinking sparkling wine with aromas of cherries and summer citrus fruits. On the palate, a clean dry and fruity minerally finish. A very good balance of acidity makes this very easy to go with all types of cuisine.

Goes well with Asian food such as Indian, Thai, Korean and Japanese Sushi. Also very good with assorted cold cuts and all types of cheese and pastas.
