Louis Perdrier Brut Excellence, France

A dry sparkling with plenty of acidity to cut through the sweetness which results in a very fine balance between fruit and finish. This has a medium finish with aromas of crusty bread and dried fruits. The bouquet is almost chalky with a tinge of lemons and orange.

Goes very well with all pastas, assorted cold cuts and cheese. This is a very food friendly sparkler so will easily go with most types of cuisine, including all Asian types.
