Very expressive nose of citrus aromas, with touches of tropical fruit, including peach, mango, and apricots. Young and characterized by green apples, citrus and herbs with a touch of minerals. An extraordinarily complex wine with a wonderful balance of acidity and fruit.

Best with shellfish, sushi, and all types of fish. Goes well with asparagus and grilled vegetables. Pasta with a tomato sauce.
